Calendar
USNSCC - Columbus Squadron website calendar is not the official, but a general schedule of events. The official schedule of events is the Squadron's Plan of the day (POD).
Throughout the Navy, the POD is the schedule of the day's routine and events ordered by the executive officer. It is published daily whether at sea or on shore duty. The POD contains special orders for the day, hours when meals, inspections, and other events are scheduled. It also provides the uniform required to be worn that day or for an event.
The Columbus Squadron's POD is published prior to a drill weekend. It is communicated to every Cadet and Parent via email. It is the duty of each cadet (and parent) to know the POD and shall be held responsible for it contents.
